We are currently dealing with an issue between two Dell N3000 series. We have a mix of N3024 and N3048 units in our office.

The issue:

We have two buildings connected via 10GbE SFP.

In building A the ram log is constantly reporting the connection failing.

In building B the ram log never reports a connection loss (I would have thought it should?).

Initially the connection was often coming back up after about 5 mins on its own but is now staying down until 1 or sometimes both units are power cycled.

I am wondering if this is normal or if perhaps we are having a hardware issue?
