I forgot the BIOS password for my Dell OptiPlex 7080, but I have all the necessary documents to prove ownership. I could not find any jumper for a reset. Please guide. Local Dell Support is not available in my country.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Some Dell desktop variants have a board password-reset header/jumper, usually labelled PSWD or PASSWORD. Dell’s general procedure is: power off, remove AC and peripherals, remove the jumper cap, boot once without it, power off, refit the cap, then reassemble. This can clear System and Setup passwords, but exact header availability and position are chassis-specific—use the service manual matching your exact MT, SFF, or Micro model before opening it.
Hello @AaronBrooksOAndG , to clear the computer or BIOS passwords on Dell OptiPlex 7080, contact Dell technical support as described at Contact Support. For more information, go to Dell Support Site.
It's paid service, around $75 USD. Prepare to provide ownership (registration).
