I purchased this desktop as refurbished earlier this year and over the past couple of days, it has been crashing on me. I use a Dual Monitor KVM switch to switch between my OptiPlex and my work laptop.  The desktop is projecting to 3 external monitors, and the switch projects the laptop to only two of those monitors. The crash does not occur when I am actively using the KVM switch, but wanted to clarify setup. When the freeze/crash occurs, mouse of course doesn't work and I can still see my desktop on one monitor, but the other two screens have static displayed on them (fuzzy/colorful lines).

Anyway, I created a custom error log in Event Viewer and will post screenshots below - I hope that helps

It seems most of the errors are coming from "StorPort" source.

Since I am a trader, having my computer crash on me is the very worst thing possible to happen mid-trade, so I really need to figure out the root of this problem! Thank you in advance for any assistance.
