1600n configuration problem with XP SP2

Hello --

I have a new 1600n multifunction unit. I have configured it with no problem on two computers on my home network (both of which are running XP Home SP1. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get it configured on another computer running XP Professional SP2. After disabling the XP firewall I was able to get the printer configured but still cannot get the network scanning stuff configured. I get an error during installation that says "Unknown Error: Please check your network connection." The network connection is fine (I can print test pages from the computer.)

I'm pretty certain that the problem is related to the new security foo foo in SP2 (i.e. stuff is still being blocked even though the firewall is off). I'm guessing that there is a port (or some protocol like FTP or telnet) for "talk back" from the server in the printer that I must unblock explicitly even though the firewall is disabled OR that there is a new security setting in IE that is getting in the way. Any ideas?

thanks!
