XPS 15-9570, cannot install the BIOS update

Same issue but now going into August with this. Unfortunately I cannot claim ignorance of issues with Dell XPS 15; wretched garbage laptop and I have already had the motherboard replaced. This was 'brand new' when I purchased it! And still I cannot install an 'urgent' BIOS update. The calls to 'Premium Support' serve no purpose but added stress. And in one case, a lost hard drive because of their incompetence. Never ever again. This is the last time I suffer through owning a laptop from this manufacturer.
