I'm totally newbie with recover point. I need to connect to recover point to use REST API just for reporting info.

The "storage team" in the company, never use "REST API" to contact recover point thus no help.

I have read the guide to start...

But when I use the following address :
https://RecoverPoint-IP/fapi/rest/4_0/settings/account

I have a status 404

On the recoverpoint server, they need to setup what ?

I have already a user.
