After reading all the post from people having the same problem I am having with the DVD burner not working after only short period I am surprised that Dell does not seem to be aware of the issue and working to resolve the problem instead of just shipping out more bad laptops with defective DVD drives. Granted they did send a replacement part but it just seem like they should be doing more to solve the problem before it gives there product a bad name.
