Trying to install OpenManage 3.6 on a Dell PE2850 running Windows 2003 (No ServicePack).  When starting the setup program and it runs for a few seconds then stops.  The OMINSTAL.LOG file states "Cannot install any Managed System applications on this system."

 

Has anyone seen this problem before or have any suggestions?
