I am now on my second set of internal speakers - this is clearly a DELL issue and something they are clearly aware of.. I didn't expect to buy a high end machine with lousy cheap speakers in it.. 

I won't be buying another XPS as it clear that DELL know there is a problem and are failing to deal with it professionally and are hiding under warranty times.. really poor customer service
