Hey, friendly folks from the community,

I recently got a new R11 and upgraded the RAM myself from 8GB to 64GB because Dell marks up the price a lot on RAM, but the desktop becomes noisy after the upgrade. Changing back to 8GB would actually make it quiet again. It is hard to describe how the noise sounds like, but I would say it is constant at a certain volume, and would not change based on what kind of software is running (the noise is the same whether it is the first second you boot the computer or you are playing a performance consuming game), so I would not think the noise is related to the speed of the fan (or temperature of the computer). 

Noise does not affect the use as the system can recognize all 64GB of RAM just fine. But looks like the RAM can only run as 3000 Hz, as I checked in BIOS. I tried to switch from option 2 (3000 Hz) to option 1 in the XMP dropdown in BIOS, but that led to a blue screen.

For more information, I was having `8GB HyperX™ FURY DDR4 XMP at 2933MHz` from Dell, and upgraded to  HyperX Fury 64GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM (Kit of 4)  Black XMP Desktop Memory HX432C16FB3K4/64 from Amazon. 

The guess I am having right now is:

1. Voltage related issue, since the RAM from Dell and RAM from Amazon actually run at different voltage levels.

But this is just my premature guess. If anyone has the same experience or happens to know what is happening, please shed the light on it and I will be deeply appreciated.
