A dell tech came to fix the heat sinks in my m15 R3 and now it won’t even turn on. This m15 R3 is not even 30 days old and I’m having all these problems with it and the tech support! I called Dell and got a very rude service tech on over the phone. This is my second Alienware. I had no issues with the first one, unbelievable!
