Hello, 

We have about 1200 chromebooks deployed at our middle/high school. We are getting students with the device boot looping, it says it is applying a critical update, but it never completes because it just turns on and off, it is on the applying critical update, then it turns off, then back on to the same screen. Over and over again. We have fixed it temporarily by reinstalling Chrome OS. Is anyone else having these issues? Not sure exactly why this is happening, something in the update process is failing. Any insight would be appreciated.
