ordered this laptop and tested everything, and it clearly has a Wi-Fi connection issue. I’m a tech person, so I can troubleshoot most problems, but this is definitely a Wi-Fi hardware issue. When I tried to request a return, I received the message: “Online return is not eligible at this time.”
