Hi, recently purchased an Inspiron 5680. I also ordered the dell 2.0 speaker system AE215. I ordered them on 08/13/2018. Now I read at least a hundred horror stories and I'm scared my speaker just got delayed to October. My computer says September 11th. When I first talked to a rep on the live chat they said usual wait time to receive desktops is 2 weeks. I just want an agent reassuring me or telling whats going on and give me a true estimate on both items please.
