I bought a very expensive Alienware laptop from Dell. After a rough experience and delays in the order, I did receive the laptop. I was awarded a Dell Rewards credit after the purchase. I tried to buy a gaming mouse using this credit and the experience has been awful. The mouse had been delayed over 15 times, each time by a single day. When I finally lost hope that it would ever come, I cancelled the order. As of now, I have no mouse, and my Dell rewards have not been refunded. I am deeply frustrated by this experience and would like an explanation of why this mouse claimed to be available with 2 day shipping yet would never ship, and most importantly I would like my Dell rewards to be refunded!
