Very frustrated with the lack of customer support. On hold for over a total of 3 hours tonight, called twice first time it last 1+ hour and second was over 2 hours, only two get disconnected both times. Wondering if the order management department actually exists. Oh well, guess I’ll try tomorrow and report back.
