Hello,

I have an AMD Inspiron 5474 All-in-One with sporadic Kernel Power 41 errors (critical stop).  The PC shows a white confetti screen but you can still see/move the mouse.  When this happens, you have to hard shutdown to restart the PC.  Image: https://imgur.com/adlca5A 

This PC has a fresh copy of Windows 10 on it (from a formatted hard drive).

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?
