My Dell Inspiron 5559 will not charge the battery.  My other Dell laptop will charge the same battery.  Is there some way to fix my 5559 or should I throw it in the river and buy a different company's laptop?  P.S., Dell SupportAssist thinks the hardware works just fine, but SupportAssist won't run on the laptop except to do the quick hardware check.
