Bluetooth headphones suddenly stopped working
I have a Dell Inspiron 7348, and have been using the same pair of bluetooth headphones every day for about 2 months with no problems (Cowin E7 if that makes a difference). Last night the sound suddenly cut out, but it still said it was connected. I was able to connect the headphones to my phone and had normal sound and can physically plug them into my computer and get sound, but something seems to have gone wrong with the bluetooth connection on the computer. I've tried all of the basic "turn it off and turn it back on again" solutions (turn computer bluetooth off and on, turn the headphones off and on, restart the computer) as well as disabling the computer speakers (I once tried out another pair of bluetooth headphones that wouldn't play sound unless the computer speakers were disabled), but none of those things fixed the issue. I also ran the audio troubleshooter which found no problems. What other solutions might I try?
