Hi, can someone help me. I encountered error: 0cx0000017 on my dell inspiron 5559 while I was trying to install a new windows 10. Does anyone here happen to have encountered the same problem. Iam guess that it is because of the RAM but is there any way I can make it work to the windows setup? UEFI does not show any signs either it only shows blue screen with dashed lines. Can someone help, please?
