I am having an issue where I can't use any mic. The internal is not working. I cannot get Zoom or MS teams to pick it up. Additionally, when I pair a set of bluetooth headphones to my laptop, nobody can hear me through them either. I am using a Dell Latitude 5580 running Win 10 Pro x64.

 

My laptop is connected to a Dell docking station. D6000 with a set of USB speakers plugged into it. With that said. I had the same issues with or without the speakers plugged in.
