Hi there, I have a problem that's probably super easy to solve I just need some direction.

The reason isn't really important, but my goal is to perform a fresh & clean Windows 10 installation using a USB drive (I already used Microsoft's media-creation-tool to prepare my USB drive). I do not want to use Dell system image recovery or anything like that, my strong preference is to install directly from the Microsoft Windows 10 media as created from microsoft.com/software-download/windows10).

I can boot up my Latitude 5520 from this USB key and begin Windows setup and choose custom. 

But then on the screen "where do you want to install Windows", no hard drives are listed.  I'm about 99.9999% sure I'm just missing the driver I need, presumably the Intel RST driver). Where can I get that?  If it helps 

I assume I just need to put that driver on my USB stick so I can browse to select it during this part of setup.

My real goal is to reach the drive selection screen in setup, delete every partition listed there, and then when only "unallocated space" remains, I would click Next and let setup create all the necessary partitions automatically. I've done this about a billion times but I've never had a machine where I need a storage driver, which is why I'm stuck.
