I just got my Alienware Alpha and am stuck and frustrated.  I've done a complete re-installation of Windows 10, updated all drivers, and while it seems to work ok as a normal PC, the Hivemind just hangs (for hours!) when I try to get it to console mode on the red screen.  Desktop mode is no issue though (or not launching Hivemind at all).  But the point of this machine, for me, is to connect it to a TV in front of a couch where I want to use it primarily with the Xbox controller.

Is there a tip to getting this to work?  I'm close to sending this back to Dell since I've burned most of the weekend searching and reinstalling.  Thanks!!!
