The new alienware x51 desktop I got 4 weeks ago crashed today. It completely froze and would not respond. I was not doing anything at the time, just put it on while I was getting ready. When I restarted it, I noticed a buzzing nose. It only got as far as the alienware loading screen. I restarted again and the buzzing noise was back along with some clicks. I recorded the noise on my iphone http://videobam.com/pAHqm. I no longer get the alienware logo loading screen. 

I have not yet made a windows backup disk.
