Can anyone help? I recieved a GX150 optiplex from my brother. He recieved it from his work. I tryed loading Windows software to it and it gives me "A disk error has occurred  ctl+alt+del." I tryed to put a new hard drive and cd rom but still the same.The bios is a06.A friend said to put a09 in it but how if I can not even install windows to it.

HELP PLEASE
