HI,
I seem to have the SLOWest computer with a 1.7GHz processor in the history
of computers.
Is there any help out there?
Have 256MB memory, would more be better?
It seems to work MUCH SLOWER when in Photoshop,
especially when other programs, such as Microsoft Picture It!, are working simultaniously.
Is that the "norm" ? :/
