Hello,

I replaced the hard drive with one from Dell and installed XP Pro and the drivers from the supplied drivers CD.I got an unknown device and the sound didn't work.

I did a new install and formated the hard drive and loaded the drivers CD. I did all the Windows and Dell updates. The sound now works.

I still have an unknown device that when uninstalled Windows can not find a driver.

Checking in Device Manager the unknown device is:

I/O range 0930 - 093B

ACPI\BCM0101\4&15F2F7D1&0

and is located in the System Board group on the Intel 82801 FBM LPC Interface Controller - 2641

What is this device?

How do I fix it?
