I have a Studio1735 laptop with mobility Radeon HD3650. Dell has limited the core/memory frequencies to 450/500mhz while the actual frequencies are 600/700. Should i increase the frequencies? Has Dell underclocked the Radeon?Would it be safe to increase them?
