when i connect headphones i get audio from both built in speakers as well as headphones. i think its a hardware problem since it doesnt occur when i connect headph. in a particular orientation. now no matter what i do i still get audio from both. dell customer care says its a software problem and i hav to reinstall my os. maybe the problem is inside the jack itself. what should i do?i did a driver reinstall too.
