My new Latitude E7440 laptop, when docked to the PR02X E-Port Plus II dock, does not charge, does not recognize the external displays attached to the dock via DVI, and does not find any devices attached to the dock through USB.

When booting the laptop while docked, I also get the following error message on-screen:

"The battery currently attached to the system will not supply enough power to dock for it to function.
Please attach AC power to the dock for it to function normally."

Troubleshooting Steps Taken So Far:

1. The dock previously worked fine with my Latitude E6420, so as far as I know the dock itself is fine.
2. Confirmed that the dock is using the delivered 130W AC Adapter, so it shouldn't be underpowered.
3. Updated BIOS to latest version.
