Hi! 

recently i was trying to install Windows 8.1 in my vostro 1710, after it installed and restarted, it showed me the infamious blue screen and started beeping, so i decided to restart again but this time didnt turned on, i waited a couple of hours to try again and I turned it on but the only thing I got was a black screen, no Dell logo, just a black screen, so Ithought i might have deleted the BIOS
