We have a 19' Dell LCD monitor 1905FP. Before this we had an old e-machines CRT monitor that never give us any visual problems. Ever since we got the new Dell monitor it gives my wife and me incredible headaches. The monitor does not flicker and I set up the refresh rate at 75hz which is the highest. I have an Nvidia graphics card GeForce 6800 (256mb).

 

Is there any way possible to do anything else to remedy this or should I get an antiglare monitor screen?

I thought that going from a CRT to a LCD digital monitor would be much better but I found the hard way. The old e-macines CRT monitor is more user-friendly and much better than this new purchase.
