Hi Everyone, I'm at my wits end with this monitor. I bought it so I can switch seamlessly between my personal computer and work computer but seem to have a lot of KVM IO issues.

Example: I move my mouse on computer 2 and the input is not recognized by the computer. After of few seconds it finally processes the input. Same issue with the keyboard. I type and nothing appears and then after a few seconds the characters I'm currently typing will appear. 

The issue is inconsistent, example: If I don't use my personal computer all day today, tomorrow these issues won't occur on my work computer. But the moment I start using my personal computer, the issues will appear on computer 2.

I've downloaded the Dell Display App on both computers, doesn't fix anything. I tried having it only installed on computer 1, issues still occur. I tried having it only installed on computer 2, issues still occur. 

Both computers are Windows 10 and I have admin rights to both. I verified with CorpIT that no group policy would affect how my work computer interacts with a monitor. 

Any help would be so appreciated.
