Three of my switches have stopped sending Power of Ethernet to devices, the above image is the main indication that there is some type of problem, that and log entries that read:

Warning

SEP 10 16:08:09

POE

Unable to get acccess to PoE controller.

Has anyone run into this at all?

My firmware on my devices is 5.1.4.5 (I think the firmware in the above screenshot is the PoE Controller firmware.)
