My Optiplex 5050 SFF (i5-6600) comes with a 180W power supply. I can't figure out though, how much power can it supply to the PCI Express expansion slot. I recall reading that its 25W, and also 30W. Can anyone confirm actual number?

I'm interested in this card: https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Graphics-Card/GV-N1030D5-2GL#kf and according to user reviews it draws max 30W. Wondering if its ok to use?
