I am getting the following Java error message when I try to launch the virtual console from either Chrome, Firefox or IE:

"The viewer has terminated.  Reason: The network connection has been dropped."

This issue only seems to happen with this one server and my laptop.  I am able to use my laptop to view the remote consoles for other servers, so I don't think it is a java issue.  Likewise, I can use a different computer to launch the virtual console and it works as expected.  So that should eliminate any kind of iDRAC issues with that server as well.

The only thing I can come up with is that the Windows 10 firewall on my laptop is some how blocking access to the virtual console on this particular server .

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?
