Hello,

My laptop dell precision 5530 now is totally dark when turning it on, this is happened after unexpected shutdown during TPM update preceded by windows 11 updates, the battery was fully charged as it was also plug-in in the charger.

I have tried BIOS recovery by pressing CTRL+ESC but no luck, also, tried to discharge it by holding the power button more than one minute after removing the battery but no success too. 

Any suggestions?
