I had contacted you last week, because I was having problems with my printer.  I had reinserted by newly filled cartridges

back into my printer, but the printer would not work.  You told me that I had to purchase the new cartridges from Dell, Staples,

or WalMart.  Yesterday I received my new cartridges that I ordered directly from Dell, I have inserted them, but my

printer is still not doing anything.  Is there a reset or something that I need to do to get it started again?
