Greetings All, Outlook gives me an error that states Word is either busy or cannot be found when I try to reply to an email.  However, when I create a new email, Word launches immediately as my editor  Any clues?

 

Also, when I exit Outlook, I get an error that " outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close".   Anyone?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
