We are trialing EmailXtender and have run into a problem when trying to retrieve an archived email using the outlook client (2003).

When we double click a shortcut we get a message telling us "The message selected is archived & shortcutted and cannot currently be retrieved..." A look into our GETMSGFAIL.LOG shows us the following:

Having looked through these forums there are a few posts relating to DCOM permissions which we have followed but nothing seems to be fixing it. Retrieving the message through the search utility works fine, so it looks like it's a problem with the data that query.asp is returning.

Any ideas?
