I´m using emailxtrac to shortcut messages and works fine, but when I click twice at the message it show me the box:

The message selected is archived & shortcutted, and cannot currently be retrieved(shortcuts are not available when outlook is offline.)
If using cache mode, please synchronize your mailbox.
====

Does anyone know what is going on?
