Power DVD
I have a Dell 8400 with the X800XT video card and the SAMSUNG DVD-ROM SD-616E drive. Well whenever I play regular DVD movies like the last samurai, which looks good on home theater dvd players, well the Power DVD program dell has supplied stinks on ice, and the video is not clear at all! The quality is just nowhere near where it should be. Happend on my last dell too with the Power DVD program. Now i think its just power dvd and has nothing to do with the computer specs. Now my question is why does dell keep putting power dvd as the software to play dvds on their computers! It obviously is bad software!
Does anyone know where I could get better dvd playing software. Of which doesn't distort the video! And doesnt cost too much?
