I have a Dell Inspiron 2200 1.5ghz windows xp home edition

 

I have the 2007 mcafee viras scan and i have about 10 qoolaid things trojans that pop up on mcafee...Is there any way i cna get rid of it without spending more money if not tell me what i need to get to fix it please.
