I have an inspiron 9200 and I am trying to run Yahoo Launchcast and games such as Zuma on MSN.

 

When I run launchcast it comes up with message banner at the top saying I need Activex and to install Activex click here.  Even after I do, I come up with an error message that says Launchcast could not load all of the necessary files.

 

I have reviewed the info on this link re: security settings for internet:

but it did not solve the problems.

 

 

On the game side, when I load Zuma, I do not get an error message, but the pop up window that should have the game, has the framing for the game, but a blank screen where the game should be.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
