I have a Dell Dimension 8300 and I can't seem to be able to install Adobe photoshop elements ver 3.0 I get a message that msiexec.exe (the microsoft installer program) has crashed. I have tried working with adobe's tech people for hours but they can't seem to help me. I have upgraded the video driver, etc but the problem persists.

 

Could anyone help me out. Thanks in advance.
