My new Dell came in over the past weekend while I was out of town.  The wife got excited and decided to put it together. . .to make a long story short, she uninstalled a bunch of the original software and what she didn't uninstall doesn't work now.

 

Is there a way to re-install all of the original software that cam with my computer?  Or do I need to get a disc from Dell?
