I have a drive that is repeatedly reporting similar to:

13:10 I/Os containing bad blocks were read from drive 13 and successfully reconstructed in the last 73 seconds.

Is there a way please, without manual pulling the drive, that we can initiate a copy to spare rather than waiting for this drive to fail.
