Alienware shuts down i9

Hi,

Recently I bought an Alienware Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900 CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2808 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s).

Today a few times while i was working on my piercings website, the laptop just shut down without no reason.

Who has a clue?

I have 2 adaptors delivered when I bought it, but am using only one at the same time. Could that be an issue?
