BIOS corruption / BIOS boot-loop Problem 3 Orange lights and 6 White

My Dell Latitude 3140 is stuck in a boot loop. When I power it on, I get a gray screen for a moment, then the screen turns off, the LED code shows 3 amber and 6 white lights, and the laptop shuts down and repeats this endlessly.
I already tried hard resets and BIOS recovery (Ctrl + Esc), but it doesn’t reach the BIOS recovery screen. Looks like a corrupted BIOS or motherboard issue.

Has anyone fixed this or knows if it’s 100% a dead motherboard? BIOS corruption / BIOS boot-loop
