Precision 7680 Fingerprint reader stopt working

Windows doesn't recognize the fingerprint reader on my Dell Precision 7680 since yesterday. Windows 11 could not find a compatible driver for Windows Hello Fingerprint.

I re-installed the Dell ControlVault 3, all other drivers are up-to-date. Windows is up-to-date. In services the Windows Biometric Service restarted. Dell SupportAssist doesn't show a test for the fingerprint hardware. 

I do have ProSupport. How can this issue be solved?
